What Is Collaborative Technology? Collaborative technology refers to tools and systems designed to better facilitate group work, both in-office and remote. Collaboration technology has quickly become a necessity for organizations in every industry.  The ability to streamline communication and collaboration efforts between in-person and remote teams provides organizations with multiple benefits that can equate to greater success.

What is a safe space? 

A "Safe Space" is a place or environment in which a person can feel confident that they will not be exposed to discrimination, criticism, or harassment, or any other type of emotional or physical harm.

Work in 2023 will continue to be impacted by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and its aftermath. Remote work and flexible work arrangements may become even more common as companies continue to adapt to the changing needs and preferences of employees. Companies may also continue to invest in technologies and tools that enable remote collaboration and communication. Up to five generations now coexist in many workplaces and we know that generational differences are causing some of the biggest shifts in our workplaces.

What does it mean to provide a Brave Space in the community impact sector? Can you recall a time when you were in a space where you felt both supported and challenged - where you were both teaching and learning? What did it take to create that experience and how can you do it (or do it better) for others?
